St Peter's is proud of its school and its achievements and the Principal and the Teachers will welcome your visit.

ADMISSIONS AND ENROLMENTS

Prospective parents will receive the following documents:

Application form for enrolment
School Prospectus
Schedule of fees

On submission of the application form for enrolment it must be acompanied by:
1  Payment of non-refundable registration fee
2  A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
3  A copy of the child’s latest report
4  Copy of Baptismal certificate in case of Catholic children

On receipt of application, the child’s name will be placed on a waiting list.  A letter will notify parents as soon as a place is available for their child.

An admission fee is payable on enrolment at St Peter’s School

A full terms notice of termination is expected, addressed to the Principal in writing, prior to withdrawal of a child from St Peter’s School.

Fees are payable in advance at the office. Cheques should be made Payable to St Peter’s School.

Acknowledgement of Debt and a Debit Order Form has to be Completed and signed on acceptance of the child at St Peter’s School.

Learners will not be admitted to the school should the parents fail to pay the school fees.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

REGULATIONS

  1. No child is permitted to go out during school or study hours.
  2. Doctor’s and dentist’s appointments should as far as possible be arranged for vacations.
  3. All scholars are expected to wear full school uniform.
  4. During each vacation parents are requested to replace any articles that will not last another term.

DO YOUR BEST AT ALL TIMES

BE POLITE AND HELPFUL

Greet adults.  Make way for them.  Offer to carry and do things for educators or parents.  Be helpful towards smaller and new learners and to people visiting the school.

BE CONSIDERATE – THINK OF OTHERS

We keep quiet when walking round the office block or places where lessons are being given.  We do not run in passages.  After school we wait for our parents.  We do not make our parents wait for us.  We do not litter.

BE NEAT AND TIDY

Always come to school in full school uniform.  Hair must not touch the collar.  It is is longer it must be tied.  No fancy hair styles, please.  Hair bands : blue or white only.

BE PUNCTUAL

Be on time for all your lessons and extra mural activities.  Complete your work and hand in your books, homework, projects and handwork articles on time.

ALL CLOTHING AND POSSESSIONS MUST BE MARKED CLEARLY

TERMLY PAYMENTS -  These FEES are payable in the 1st week of term.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS – should be made at the beginning of every month, commencing 1st January, with last payment on 1st November 2011.  Unless prior arrangements have been made with the

FINANCE OFFICE.  Use your Code Account Number which appears on the top right hand side of your statement, each family has a different code.

CASH PAYMENTS should be banked into the school bank account:
FNB A/C No 531 315 17626, branch code: 270 352, which is also found at the bottom of your statement and a copy of the deposit slip should be faxed to the school (this number also appears on your statement) – fax no 013 741 2031
